Default 2005 V50 windshield fogging up

Hi, my driver windshield is fogging up in the morning. I forgot the name of the part that regulate that. I understood that you have to remove the entire dash in order to replace the part, I also understood that it consists of 2 parts, one for the driver side, and one for the passenger side. Can someone kindly tell me the name of the part.

Thank you

the HVAC system uses a set of doors with actuator motors to control air flow. Fogging is caused by too much moisture - which can be caused by a leaky heater core, clogged evaporator drain or just local weather. What happens when you turn on the AC or heater? is there any fault codes (ie blinking AC/REC lights, error messages etc) from the climate control computer?
