2017 V90 CC T6 Cylinder misfire codes
I have a 2017 V90 CC with 40K miles. I'm seeing an ECM code P030200 code when I scan - Cylinder2 misfire.
The car is running ok, not rough and the engine light is not on.
My Volvo (non-dealer) mechanic tells me lots of the 2.0L engines are having misfire issues.
Does anyone know if there is a Volvo recall ?? or had a similar issue?
Spark plugs will run $260 or injectors as well will run $1200 .. so not a cheap problem and seems like a major issue for low mileage engines...

start by swapping the coil packs between #2 and #3. If your code changes to P0303, then you know you have a coil pack issue. You can also install new plugs when you have the coil packs off. A set of 4 runs about $45 for Genuine Volvo plugs. A replacement coil runs about $65.
Injector problems are pretty rare. Are you using name brand premium (ie Mobil/Exxon/Shell etc)? They have extra detergents which will clean injectors in one or two tankfuls of gas.
