940 Cargo Cover help please

Hello out there. I love my 1994 940 wagon. I have a cargo cover but the spring is either unwound or dead. Is there a tool available to wind the spring the cargo cover? THANKS IN ADVANCE!!! jeff (jeff@cravotta.com)
