Hi,
David from Perth in Western Australia. I have a 2003 XC90 and boy has it cost me. Top end rebuild after a catastrophic belt failure (10k) and transmission rebuild (8k - inherent problem that all early XC90 owners know about) just to name 2 things. Now I need to replace the CEM. Volvo want to charge me $2k just for the part and fitting it will be about $600, is there anywhere else I can buy it for cheaper? Has anyone bought one over the internet with success? I have an excellent Volvo mechanic here in Perth that I use who could fit it for me.
