Hi, New member own a 1994 850, as well as a 1991 940 both cars are down, and trying to get the 850 rolling for now.
So far the car will not start at all ,just a low buzz win attempting to start up. I have the flashing arrow and in the process of replacing the PNP switch.
Unable to do the volvo mechanic right now just too expensive, my husband has been doing well up until now with the repairs. any assistance would be heplful.

 

If the PNP was replaced and not adjusted properly the car will not start.Or if it is bad it will not start sometimes.
