Hello everyone!

Though this user account is not a new addition to this community, I would like to reintroduce who FCP is and what we do. My name is Brendan, and I am now the one who will be representing FCP Groton on this forum. I am the Network Administrator for FCP Groton, however my roles extend beyond that. I will be the acting online communications facilitator, here to talk about anything and everything related to all Volvos in general. We are eager to work our way further into multiple car communities so that our company can become mutually more familiar with the community members.

Well if you cannot find it on the website you could always try giving us a call. If you PM me I would simply ask who will be the ones picking up the phone.

On the off-chance that particular part is something we are entering into the directory in the upcoming days / weeks, if may be beneficial to PM me instead. I could mention that somebody online is looking for it, and bump that to the top of the list for entry (if it exists).

I'm sure you already saw the link in my signature, so feel free to take a look around and if you can't find what you are looking for I will do my best to find it. We have very extensive growth plans we are currently working on. Our goal is to make it so you can always go through us to find what you are looking for.

Hey you! Haha, we heart you too! I'm glad we can help make your car goals more realistic. I personally know all too well the pain of parts and labor costs =\.

 

What my main point is I ordered a part from a different place because I did not see it on the FCP site. But in the end I found out you carried it because the company I bought it from bought it from you and had it shipped to my house from you. But it is not listed on the site.

At the time I was very upset when I received the part.

 

Ohh okay. Well there may be a chance that we stock it and it just wasn't entered into the database for online sales yet. Sometimes calling will offer more options.
