Unhappy Hello Everybody

So this is my first time posting on here and from what Ive been reading it sounds like Ive made a good choice joining. I have a 99 Volvo s80 non turbo. I have oil in the coolant but not coolant in the oil. When running the coolant goes down and away pretty quickly to where its bone dry inside the resevoir Im assuming this is what has caused it to over heat. Also A muddy puddle under the car on the front passenger side. The car sounds like its running fine but has overheated 3 times I cant even drive it 2 miles without it over heating. I know nothing about cars so Im crossingy fingers that someone can tell me where the problem stems from. Any help is extremely appreciated. Thank you.

Sure sounds like a blown head gasket probably caused by a blocked PCV system
