I have just swapped to Volvo after many years with a variety of SAABs. The XC70 is very nice upgrade and so far I’m a convert. Here’s a photo of it on one of the local Peat Roads in the far north of Scotland.

I'm new here as well but not to Volvo's. We have had the "low FWD version" of your car (a 2005 V70) for ~8 years now and it is fabulous.
I hope to, one day, tour Scotland once the pandemic is over and see in person this magnificent scenery. Have toured SW England just over a year ago and it was incredible.
We are in upstate South Carolina; the pic is a couple years ago when we had to schlep some stuff to Western Michigan...
