I just got a 2001 S60 2.4T, automatic, with 105k on it. I used to have a BMW, so I'm new to Volvos. I hope that I have as good luck or better than I did with my BMW. It has 225k on it, with the orginal clutch and transmission.

As long as you follow scheduled maintenance, Volvos are noted for long life. Expect some minor electronic issues however and make sure to take advantage of recalls that are fixed at Volvo dealer at no charge.
