Help! CMC/CSC failure?

Help! CMC/CSC failure?
My clutch is sitting 2/3rds of the way down, it was shifting funny for a while today and then I had the following issues
1. Wouldn't go into gear if started, however shifting when not started was fine
2. If I start it in 1st, it will allow me to go into 2nd occasionally...
3. If I start in 1st, I cant go into reverse, If I start in Reverse I cant go into 1st
4. I can speedshift fine, which is strange, but my clutch doesnt appear to engage or release correctly
5. CMC/CSC show no leaks
Any thoughts?
