I have volvo 30 (2011) and I have bluetooth kit as photo. But I didnt work this kit. This kit's language is polish. Can you help me please

 

I have seen many of those - usually on older cars (pre 2010) You might find instructions here at Volvos accessory and installation instruction web site - try searching for different terms - at a glance I didn't see hands free instructions for your car or s40 They are similar to the motorola ones I used to install-
