hesitation 2.4t

I have a 2003 v70 with a 2.4 t . on occasion i have a misfire on the number 2 cylinder. Erase codes and it runs fine for another hour or so. I changed the plugs .should I change the coil to that cylinder too ??

Move the coil to another cylinder and see if the codes move to the new cylinder. Have you checked compression?
