I just bought my first volve and I love it. It is a 2000 s40 with 70,000 mile and im just looking for some hints on how i can make this car run forever.

2. To make it run forever be nice to it. Wash it and do it right. That means using a clay bar system, polish and wax. As for the engine do regular maintainence on it. Don't cheap out on parts. Possibly switch over to a full synthetic oil if it isn't already using FULL synthetic oil now. Mobil 1 is the best. Once the warranty is up on it take it to a Volvo indy mech or a place you really trust. The dealership will bleed you dry.
