I just sold my 1989 toyota cressida for a 1994 850 turbo estate, and right now I couldn't be any happier.

Car has 550 000 km (yes, you read that right), it was owned by a pharmaceutical business representative that traveled all over quebec and canada in it. It has been well taken care of, and I've met and chat with the mechanic that took care of it. The car has some surface rust on the front of the hood due to all the sandblasting action of travelling at highway speeds. I will repaint those spots over the next few weeks.

I'm also in the process of cleaning our the interior, since he smoked in the car for a few years. I already vacumed the carpets and fabreezed the interior, but the next step is champooing the carpets and headliner.

The spoiler has a crack in it on the topside. I was thinking of patching it with a fiberglass repair kit. I'll give it some thought.
