Hi Eddie,

Welcome to the forum, I wish it serves you well.

As to the T-6, I have been hearing horrible news on the GM-built tranny. Try to keep it the best way you can; never let it go low on fluid & its condition, and do not shift between R-N-P when the car is in motion. Be sure to check out the tranny-related posts in the XC90 forum, or you might already have done so.

Best of luck to you,

JPN

Hi Eddie,

My pleasure, you seem quite skilled so I won't worry about you.

I used to drive '94 T5 sedan, black. I was renting it from my boss for7 months and I half re-manufactured it (very poorly maintained by boss's cousin[8D]). I also re-manufactured 3 trucks at work (all Fords). Parts were paid by the boss but the labour, well, I considered it as a learning expense to be a better professional (even though I work on aircraft).

Right now, I own Jeep Grand Cherokee, Honda NSX, NSX-R, Lexus LS600hL, IS250, Toyota Supra, Toyota Harrier (Lexus RX350),Nissan Skyline GT-R, Porsche Carrera GT, Ferrari 360 Modena, Mercedes 500SL and McLaren.

.....all in 1/24 the actual size. I currently do not drive any real vehicle, except some POS diesel trucks & tiny tugs at the airport, and my major transportations are:

1. Walk (good for your health & easy on the environment[8D]).
2. Train (wish me luck on finding an empty seat on a Japanese commute train).
3. Bus (they're rip-off).

But not to worry, very soon in the future people with common sense will pressure the feds to change the immigration law so I can proudly come home. And when I come home, I will be driving...

either T5-R or R.

Happy holidays to you,

JPN

Sounds like you can make a nice show "pimp my truck"
Maybe you can give me some inside on what i could do with my truck? So far i replacedair filter to KNN, plugs, coil overs, water pump, timing belt, all the pulleys, full engine flush and now using AMSOIL Synthetic oil. Also changed all four rotors toKVRrotors and KVR Carbon Fiber pads... Next week i am replacing my muffler, catalytic converter and silencer and 3in pipe all around from headers. Oh and i am getting ECU upgrade from PPC [8D]new tires and rims 20'sthat is about it for now... i think
