I had lived in Michigan during my junior year in high-school; The Lake Michigan Catholic School. I still have a host family in St. Joseph and one of their sons name is Jon as well.

Roads in Michigan in winter are extremely harsh, with lots of potholes to avoid.

Keep the suspension & wheels + tyres in good condition.
