Default New guy from PA

How is everyone doing? My wife's car is available from buyback from VW/Audi from the diesel scandal. She likes a sporty wagon so she saw a V60 T5 Premiere that she likes and we are heading to look at it this weekend. This would be the first Volvo we have ever owned. Should I stay away from anything on the Volvos?

Her current car is an Audi A3 TDI
Thanks in advance!

are you buying new or used? If used, what year is being considered. I own 4 cars right now - A Toyota, a VW and two Volvos. My 95 850T has 200K+ and my 00 S40 has 100K miles. They've been more reliable than my VW, not as reliable as my Toyota. That said, new cars get more reliable every year - but with more gadgets and modular parts, the cost per repair goes up.

I am looking at a 2016 V60 T5 Premiere with 9,000 miles. They price on these are real favorable for what you get. The car will come with a 7/100,000 mile warranty from Volvo due to being a certified Volvo.

My last Tundra had 225,000 and was still a great truck! So I understand that comparison.

I will say I used to be a VW enthusiast, that's all I owned and I have fallen out of love with the new VW and Audi's.
