I just joined because I just bought a 2002 Volvo s40 and liking it. I bought the car because it was more of a second family car as I have a 7 month old. there are things I need fix and/or replaced on the vehicle and decided joining a form would be a great place to get help. last weekend i been to 6 junkyards and non had any Volvo's newer then 1998. I'm glad to be here and will be surfing the forms.

Welcome to the Forum. I am not surprised that you did not find much at the junk yard. I would say about 90% of volvos that are ten years or older are still on the road, which is why the newest one you found was a 98.
