New here from NC
Was looking for a DD so i dont have to drive my other car so much and came along a volvo 850 turbo, since then i have bought the car. It seems to have the common stuff wrong with a car its age and mileage, the car was a 2 owner car, the guy who owned it had it for 150k miles from the original owner. Its Mint green with tan leather interior. The only real problem with the car are the warped rotors and the bad axle on the passanger side, all of which i plan to replace next week.
Now for the two really crappy pictures i have of the car.
I have a few questions....... are all the stuff for the AC in the middle of the dash supposed to light up like everything else inside the car? Is there a PDF file of the owners manual? It wasnt in the car but the service manual was as random as that is. Is there anything i should consider replacing soon at 176k miles?

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Yes all of the console is suppose to light up as well.
It would be a good idea to look over the New 850 owner link in the 850 section. Lots of good info there:

Volvo has put your owners manual on line, you can find a link to it here:

Have fun. Sounds like you can take care of a lot of things yourself which will help with these old Volvos.
