Hi I am a new member moving to Bangkok Thailand and looking to buy a 2003 CX 90. Yes it has done close to 200k but the price of used cars is cheap now here and looking for a SUV. I could go for a S80 as well but the price difference and my usage is not going to be that heavy so was thinking of the CX90.

I used to drive a S80 about 20 years ago but have completely forgotten the issues in the Volvo. What should I be look for any specific issues? Or is it too old and too many mileage to look at buying one? Yes I know it depends on how the previous owners have used and maintained it.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Dont know the CX 90 but 200k for a 22 year old car is not high , what motor option are you getting ? most 2000+ volvos seem have a PCV problem after around 70k
