I don't actually own a Volvo, my girlfriend does. Her 96' 960 isn't in the best of shape and I'm hoping I can find out what I can do to make it run like it was semi-new. I own a 3 Ford trucks and a e36 bmw, I am their only mechanic . I also know how forums work, so hopefully I won't make people mad by posting the same questions over and over, but it happens sometimes... Just thought I'd introduce myself and hope I have a good time here.

Thanks,
Adam

Hi Adam,

Don't worry about posting the same questions, if I find redundant messages I either move them to the appropriate forums or delete them and notify the original posters. What makes me mad is that when people get sarcastic or rude and start saying "I know better than you do" kind of stuff. We all started as newbies but some people seem to forget it.

I hope the forum is helpful for you to make your GF's Volvo semi-new. I'm sure it would.

Happy New Year,

JPN

p.s: I once worked at O'Hare airport in Chicago, and maintained 3 Ford trucks all by myself ('92 F-350, '92 Aerostar & '94 F-150), besides the 850 Turbo.
