just dropping by to say hi. just aquired my first volvo after many years of being impressed by my fathers obsession with the marque, he's owned 5 in the course of 20 years, starting with a 145 estate and his last being a 740 turbo diesel estate which always surprised the boy racers in their novas/corsas! i've succumbed finally and brought a 97 s70 se t5. what a revelation, its only the 193 bhp version but, bloody hell...... i can see why the police had them(uk forces).
anyway the only thing i find a little lacking is the brakes so help on ideas for a big brake conversion would be greatly appreciated, i've heard that some audi parts fit, is this true? Dave
