Have a little over 100,000 miles on it as I do not drive it much. I am retired and living in Panama and bus service is plenty and cheap and stops in front of my home

Since I am new at this let me mention that my camshaft position sensor is less than a yr old and I just noticed that there is a small small leak after the engine is hot that is coming out of the little hole
because of the pressure of engine having run the pressure is ossing the oil out just a tat. What could cause this is it a drain hole or what tks.
