Hi Folks,

Just popping in to introduce myself. I'm new to Volvos but not new to wrenching. I recently bought a 2006 S60 T5 that had almost 84K miles on it.

I had my local indie mechanic change out my timing belt and water pump first thing. By reading through this and other forums, I was able to do my own breather replacement using the IPD kit (it had a bit of pressure coming from the dipstick). I'm just finishing that up today, as I had ordered a new upper engine torque mount that I had to wait for.

Next on my to-do list are flush the tranny and Seafoam the engine.

I look forward to hanging out with y'all and hopefully contributing to the common knowledge.
