I joined today. I live in northern lower Michigan, 49740. I'm hoping to network with other V70R owners and parts and service vendors. I have a 2006 V70R automatic with about 130M miles. I love the car, but it needs some tlc. Nordic Blue/black front seat upholstery is very worn and starting to tear. The car has a hick-up while cruising in the 50 mph range- a momentary pause with a tach dip of about 1500 rpm, then it is happy again. I don't trust the car for trips far from home. That makes me sad. My nearest dealer is 100 miles away. A local mechanic has learned a lot working on the R. That's the story about me and my Volvo. I look forward to communicating with you. Al
