Hi, everyone. New brick owner here. In fact, it's my first Volvo ever. After having owned and modified Chevys for years (mostly Camaros and trucks), I'm now a proud new father of 3 month old baby boy and needed something that was safe and reliable, but still a head-turner in a classy way. I remembered riding around in my friend's Volvo 244 in high school in the late '90s and how well it ran despite all the hack-job mods we did to it. I happened upon a black '92 244 for the right price and snagged it. It's a bit rough around the edges, but I'm slowly bringing it back to stage 0. I look forward to contributing to the forum (once I learn enough to have something to contribute!).

Thanks! Since my post, I've actually picked up a '93 245 as well. I think the sedan is going to go, since the wagon suits my needs better, but I'm hooked on these bricks!
