Hello,

I'm Moe, and I am a first-time Volvo owner looking for a place to find insights, tips & tricks, help troubleshooting codes and repairs, and overall enthusiasm about tinkering with beloved cars. I'm pretty handy with regular car maintenance (I can turn a wrench), but I'm always hoping to learn how to complete more complex repairs on my own if possible.

I purchased an '08 XC70 3.2L about a year ago, and have greatly enjoyed the heck out of it. It has met all of my family's needs (cargo capacity, towing, safety, comfort, minor offroading, etc). I have made a few minor modifications to the car, but I hope to complete some larger mods in the future (upgraded suspension and anti-sway bars, a possible lift kit with more trail-worthy tires and wheels, and more).
