Hi all-
I have been reading through the forums here for about 3 months now...since my wife and I purchased our first Volvo. It is a 1998 V70 and has been a great car.
I have been around Volvo's since I was younger as my mom had an 1989 240 Wagon.
I also have a 1967 Ford Fairlane convertible (hence the handle - I apologize that it is not Volvo related).
Joined to ask a few questions and give input where I can. Thanks everyone.

Welcome to the forum.
Try posting technical questions in the V70 forum to receive the best replies. If the forum is slow, try General Volvo Chat.
Be sure to follow scheduled maintenance, especially the timing belt+pulleys+hydraulic tensioner at every 70,000 miles/5 years.
