hello everyone names chris, ive been a member since jan. 2010, but just bought my first volvo(1998 v70r) with a lot of issues. first what parts could i scavenge from a 99 v70xc to swap on my v70r. im interested mainly in the suspension,turbo,angle gear,prop shaft,etc? and possible trans.

Welcome to the forum. You can swap all of those parts over to the V70R. So what is so wrong with the VR?

front core support busted, springs were cut or heated so the car is dropped, check engine lite and that notorious arrow lite is on. the fuel tank has a block in the system somewhere,takes fuel really slow and sending unit is inoperable. other small things which ive replaced allready. ive been doing my homework on these cars recently and it seems that they are money traps. this is probably the wrong section to ask these questions but here i go, whats the difference between the white injectors in the 98 and the green injectors in the 99 xc, also whats the difference between turbos in the same cars?

If the white injectors are in the R, they flow more fuel then the green injectors. Also, the turbo in the R is going to be bigger then in the XC. The XC is only a low pressure turbo system where as the R takes a lot more boost.
