Are you anywhere close to the DC area? try craigs list, that's where I bought my volvo and I got a great deal. I always pass a bunch commuting so I'm sure you can find a nice 240 there for a good deal.

Craigslist has been pretty unhelpful, actually, and although I have tracked a couple on eBay, I am still looking for the right 240 wagon! I am no longer confining myself to a manual transmission - a good automatic is fine too.

 

Okay, I finally bought a car. A 1989 245 5-speed.

Kinda psyched. :-))
