Hi there, Just a quick intro as I'm new to the forum - I have a Volvo 940 2.0l Turbo Estate - 1992 with 114k miles, red. I've only had this beauty for a year and the previous owner had her looked after by a Volvo main dealer for all her life. I am really enjoying owing her and (although not using a Volvo garage) I am keeping up with regular maintenance etc. (My great mechanic has his garage in the next street to us). Before this I had a V40 1.9D Estate year 2000 silver with 160k miles which was super but we had to part company due to head gasket failure / multiple air bag alarms / and bodywork vandalism !! The resultant cost equation prompted my purchase of the 940 !! I just love driving the 940 which I think suits my age nicely - too old !! (Boy racer years have gone by though I did have a Honda Accord Type R for 5 years). Anyway I have a techy issue which I'll try and find the correct part of the forum for posting (not covered as far as I can see from "sticky" posts etc). Looking forward to many years of Volvo driving ...... Andy
