2004 S80 windshield washer has operated normally until a few days ago when it was activated, and no fluid. Wipers did their normal three swipes, Headlight wipers also operating. Checked engine fusebox number 16, no problem. There is a hose with no attachment out the top of the tank which I suspect is a vent line.The line from the windshield outlets goes into the right fender and is somehow attached, cannot be pulled out. How do I check pump operation, and also ensure the supply line from the tank is still attached?
