I can help you with ECU (chip upgrades). The best ECU (chip tuners) tuners on the market for Volvo are...
In no particular order, RICA, IPD USA and BSR PPC. These are the three best companies and best product on the market as for ECU (chip) upgrades.
Upsolute, SpeedTuning USA and Inmotion are ok but are a lot cheaper then the three above. I have a SpeedTuning ECU upgrade and I like it, but it will usually make your car run rich, but for a kick in your pants upgrade and for the money it was worth it for me. However if I would have saved I would have gone RICA, IPD USA and or BSR PPC.

Your car will require the PPC from RICA which of course is more exspensive. as you can plainly see.
2. BSR PPC is sold by EuroSportTuning (EST), http://www.eurosporttuning.com/

Either one of these would make a fine ECU upgrade and I highly recommend you look into these three options as I know you will be pleased. Again if I would have saved my money and had not gone in on a GroupBuy for the SpeedTuning ECU upgade I would have one of these three upgrades above.
This forum isn't all about performance as other Volvo based forums are. This forum is more based on maintainence and the like. But there is information on this forum. You just have to search for it.
