Trying to Find a Solid V70
Signed up today after lurking intermittently for a few years
My wife really wants an older Volvo wagon (1998-2000) to use when we travel long-distance with our dog.
In the search for a reliable vehicle, I have read through a lot of this site for details and quirks on these cars.
Thank you to everyone who contributes. I hope to be able to post something that we buy soon, but good used Volvos are scarce in my immediate area.

We have a 98 v70 wagon AWD, Great car ! besides the typical tail gate rattle I have had little to no problems with this car. Not sure where your from but up here in Maine Volvo awd is the only way I roll, unless you like rust...lol
Volvo to me is a car that you can put some love into with out the fear of it rotting away as soon as you hit your first salted road. Yes there a a few typical quirks that you will get with volvos...but hey at least they are typical and easily fixable.
