Hello everyone!!

So right in Latvia is something like -5 degrees. I have noticed that my car's engine is not heating really up. I decided to change my thermostat, but the problem was not solved. A few days ago I drove off some 170 km, but the engine doesn't warm up more than two bars. The car also have webasto system but it's turned off because is needing a service. Maybe can someone give me some advice what to do next or what steps i should do next?
