Start accumulating bookmarks - read some of the sticky posts on the 240/740 board, check out volvotips.com for some documentation, get a list of Volvo friendly web stores, IPD USA, FCP Euro are the standards. then go over to the jagsthatrun.com web site to check out their Chevy V8 swap kit if 115 HP doesn't motivate you :-)
