Good morning, all:

Just a quick note to say hello. Last night I took possession of my first Volvo, and I couldn't be happier. To be honest, the car is meant to be a family "beater"; but the thing is turning out to be in better condition than I had imaged. It came with every repair record (and the car was very well maintained) for the last 13 years! It is a 1995 940 with 142K miles, and much life yet to be lived.

I was an active member over at the Jaguar forum for the past three years, so I understand and appreciate how valuable these forums can be for assistance and fraternity. I will thank in advance the various Moderators that keep the place going. I look forward to getting to know some of you, and perhaps contributing a little something myself, over the journey that is now ahead.
