Default 760 turbo

What's up guys I have a 90 760 wagon and my turbo is trashed.
I was wondering if I upgraded to a 16t turbo would I run into any problems? And will I need a tune?

You could pull just about any turbo that could physically fit there, and if you don't want to fiddle with the manifold and downpipe flange, just go with the same thing that it used to have.

I guess your car came with a TD04 Mitsubishi thing, right? Theoretically, you could fit any TD04 in there, including 16's, 19's, etc, or a Garett T25.

However, if you put a bigger turbo in there and do nothing else, you will only expirience bigger turbo-lag and later on pinging, if it goes over some 14psi...unless you set your fueling and wastegate accordingly.
