Is there a way to get more boost on a 07 s60 2.5t without a pcm flash?

No you need an ECU tune.

A Manual Boost Contoller (MBC) wont work as your running ME7 and ME7 doesn't like that.

If you want more boost get an ECU upgrade.

Which is still an ECU upgrade. However it allows you to revert back to stock when need be and then back to the upgrade when need be.

Oh, I see you and I are playing "I get the last word" again.

Since you post was somewhat ambiguous, and bretm asked a somewhat similar question in another topic, I figured he and otherswere intelligent enough to click the link in my previous post, click the link in that post, and infer this was still an ECU upgrade. I sincerely apologize and will be more clear in the future who I am replying to.

It's a love hate with S70driver....I've learned to let him do his thing and I usually only chime in when its s40 related
