I have been corresponding with a seller who has a 1997 T5 for sale, she has explained to me that under acceleration some sort of turbo light flashes, sometimes I wish these single women had boyfriends or husbands to explain this light issue more clearly as I am sure that it is also throwing some sort of code. As I am not familiar with the car entirely I was wondering if anyone may know what is causing this issue and which light it actually is. I would go take it to a shop however its out of state.

Turbo light? I have never heard of a turbo light. Not to say there isn't one.

She might be seeing the check engine light though.
