I seen a big flash bening my car one day while driving through Monroe, never seen the ticket. Maybe because I was not a resident. Those cameras are not legal in Arkansas. Some attorney waited until they got hundreds of them installed and a week before they turned them on they filed a suite stopping the state from using them.

At least it means NO points and it does not go on my license, they cant tell who was driving so thats good.. I almost got a speeding ticket the other day for 90 in a 45 construction zone but with my NSA Badge from work he let me off with a warning... so im technically ticket free since 2004. I love my $218 every 6 months for full coverage.

If they REALLY didn't want you to turn right on red, they would put a big sign down where you could see it, instead of in the stratosphere.
