I ordered a new radiator from them today and I guess it was because when I started it was already in my kart that it never allowed me for coupon.

I dont know. only 2nd time buying from them.

I had to call and guy told me they didnt have coupons anymore. I told him I have looked at the banner for 10% off every time I considered ordering.

He said it was supposed to be off here but he would give me the 10% percent.

anyone else have this happen?

I found it odd. glad they still gave it to me. I guess they dont have a IT man.

 

2 days later the discount coupon is still here on the forum. ??

 

FCP does not control the forum website. The discount use to be for orders over $150. I believe they dropped the discount when they started free shipping for everything. I actually like the free shipping for everything.

As for the forum, whom ever runs it has been slow in fixing things lately. Not sure what's going on but I hope they don't let it crash and burn.

 

Speaking of FCP, has anyone noticed that the Volvo parts selection on FCP Euro is much more extensive? I found several bits on the Euro site that were not available on the old site.

Glad I checked before looking elsewhere. Seems like it would be in their better interests to end the old site instead of losing business?

 

ok, I would at least think I wasnt the first guy to order and ask for the 10% . that I would think would tend to let them know about it at fcp.

they acted like I was nuts till they checked the site.

they were nice about it.

 

Not so with my 250 dollar order. Told me the code "didn't work" and that was that.
