Default A/C Wall Units, Freezing

Ok how do you prevent or stop an A/C wall mounted unit from freezing up? I mean literally frezzing, with ice and all that jazz.

Sounds like the a/c unit is low on freon.

Low on freon,Clogged filter,Clogged fins not allowing air to cross condensor.

I just cleaned the filter after I saw all the ice.
