Default Online stores do not like me.

Does anyone else get broken or wrong auto parts in the mail often? Would it hurt them to check the part to see "hey, I think a piece is missing from this." It benefited me once before because they sent me better quality parts, but now I just want what I ordered to work.

I try to order only from IPD, FCP or a stealer. The last part I got from a stealer was the WRONG part. I had it overnighted to me. I was so pissed that I demanded that they pay my total cost plus the cost of returning the item. I asked for an apology but didn't get one. It's tough.

I did order from FCP and Ipd. FCP was really nice and sent me better parts right away with a return label. Ipd on the other hand was not really helpful and did not try to assist me with the product I had problems with, nor are they covering return shipping on a product that has clearly been broken for a while. I have not ordered much from these guys, but if this persists, you can bet I'm not going to pay hundreds of dollars in shipping costs when they are not my fault.

Dang, that's sad to hear. IPd & FCP are the only companies I try to order from. I hope I don't get stuck.
