just a random question i wanted to hear other people opinions on.. under the circumstances would you drive 2 hours to buy or look at a 1994 940 turbo wagon with 140 thousand miles??

 

I probably would. I have driven further to look at less. That is the last of Volvo's RWD turbo cars. Yummy!!!

 

After I had all my questions answered and had a lot of pictures to look at.
E-mail and phone calls can help narrow the chances of a poor choice.

Cool.I think I found seething that's a bit better a 88 780 for a good price. What was the last time you saw a 780 for sale how much was it?

 

About 12 months ago for $800. There is really nothig good about the 780 unless it has the turbo motor.

 

i just got one with the 6 cylinder all it needs is a new rear shocks and transmission mount. i have already called the import mechanics that work on the car in the past and when they looked over it. they said other then those two problems the engine and transmission look solid everything else looks good. has 176 thousand miles on it. i will keep you updated on how everything goes and what else goes wrong... using this post of course
