Yeah, the Russian is horribly wrong at the beginning. It should read: Удивительные Братья -из Киева. Which means, the Amazing Brothers from Kyiv. What they wrote (Удивительный Братьями -Киева) would make a Russian speaker cringe. It makes no sense. So yeah it's fake.
