If I had still been out of work I would have done it in a heartbeat!!!
It is a little tough right now I wish I could. Maybe we can do something.

Tech, how much would you charge to have my 850 Diamond Edition's turbocharger fixed? See attached for my heart-aching Diamond Edition.

If this keeps up we'll have to start shipping in H1B auto mechanics from India to keep Tech's wages down.

I wish I could start my own garage but the $$$ is not there to do it.

Maybe in about 10 more years.

JPN it will be FREE if you ship it here.

Totally understandable. I was even offering free room and board, free meals and all the party supplies you needed..lol. Likewise, if I had the $$ when you were out of work I would have made the offer then. Honestly, I could probably DIY I just want to be extra safe that it gets done the proper way and I don't fudge anything up.

x2 and make it a year if you make it an Foreign (not Rice lol) garage. Volvo's, BMW's, Audi's, etc. I've already started on something myself as far as parts and performace stuff goes.

The first Volvo I ever owned was an 85 760 Turbo Diesel and the guy who worked on it for me came to my house with his business out of the back of a truck. He was a certifield Volvo mechanic that had left the dealership and opened his own business and for quite some time he did this by traveligng to your house to do the work. Eventually he opened up a shop near Dulles Airport and had like three or four mechanics working for him when I left the DC area in 92.

Maybe you need to take a vacation from the cold and come down here to the warm and I would happily do it for you.

I'd love to coe down there. Just not too sure the S80 would make it all the way. Probably would but don't want to take my chances and I can't afford the time off either. Like the new sig

New sig looks very good and I see you got your name changed. How did you get that to happen? Let me know if your going down to get tech. Maybe swing through Columbus and pick me up on the way.

Maybe that could be my retirement job. I pick up cars from guys and take the to tech to work on them then drive them back. For a nominal fee you get to drive either a 95 T5R of a 97 850 R while I your car is in transit.
