Default V70 aarrgghh

Why teens drive you nuts! Jr came in at 2:00 am, was waiting for him, said he had a great time. Got up next morning to work on 850 and found the front end trashed. This is more of a testament to Volvo's. This particular V70 has had the front end ripped off 3 times(deer), T-boned in the drivers door(daughter pulled out in front of pickup), Rear ended in the drivers side rear(not us), spun of the road in ice (daughter) and tore up the pass side rear. Who says these car's don't last long, I am on my 4th salvage title with the Ins Co. I guess I'd say that I would not put my kids in any thing else.

Probably didn't know he did anything. Had to run over something. When my daughter totaled my 960, she didn't even see the damage on the roof. Just the front end.

He said he got out and all the lights were on, did not get any lights out warnings on the dash. He states honestly that he did not see the underside of the bumper. I guess I can not get real mad about it. This is small stuff, compared to other things in life. I mean, he is alright and did not get hurt. I hope he has learned a lesson about driving on deer infested roads. I just wish I could get away from always being hit in the wallet for dumb stuff.

Dude, I grew up in NC. You guys know NOTHING of deer infested roads. Move to Wisconsin!!! LOL!!

Seriously, though, I've done more damage than that hitting small game at night. I cracked a racoon one night in my Supra, got out and looked, didn't see anything. Got half way home, and all I could hear was a massive hiss every time I hit the accelerator. No power, either.

Looked the next morning, and a chunk of my bumper cover was gone, and teh front mount intercooler was trashed.

I see your in plover, I spent every summer of my Pre-college life in Waupaca. Yes I do know about the deer in Waupaca county (hit 2) and they are nothing to the numbers here. No one can hunt around here, because the animal lovers and tree huggers are buying up the land and feeding them. I remember that Waupaca and the surrounding counties had the highest deer population in the state, or tri-state. Deer are like squirrels and pine trees, they must be eliminated.

Don't worry, I drive truck for a living right now, and between a couple of us we're doing our part in reducing the population! lol

Man, I must have left NC before the tree huggers took over, because they were seriously big hunters down there when I left.
