KAD32 problem
Volvo Penta KAD 32 problem...
Hello all. I hope someone can help me with a problem with my VP KAD32! Too much pressure builds up in the cooling system causing it to come out through the cap. The temperature is then still around 40 degrees. If too much fluid is out, the motor will eventually overheat. I have already tried a new cap and there is no leakage at the head gasket. There are no other traces of leakage under the engine and the coolant does not contain any exhaust gas characteristics. The local specialists don't know what to do with this so I really hope someone knows how to solve this.
