I have a dp290 and a Morse shifter with tilt and trim, tilt goes down, but not up. Solenoid is fine because I can give the blue 12v and it will go up. Replaced the relay which is now clicking for trim, but still won't move up without direct voltage.
I took a look at the switch, if I bridge the down, tilt goes down, if i bridge the up, it also goes down... short somewhere maybe?

 

Interim jumper solved problem until sensor arrives.
